Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SPIDER SERVICE SRL, a company established in Romania ("we", "us"), the provider of Spicy Travel. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Apple Standard EULA

Unless we provide a custom end-user license agreement, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the app on Apple devices. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights while using the app;
  • reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the app or its infrastructure;
  • interfere with the app's security or other users' use of it.

Spicy Pro auto-renewable subscription

Spicy Pro unlocks every insider tip and the complete city guides. It is an auto-renewable subscription offered in two plans:

  • Pro Monthly — 1 month at USD 1.99.
  • Pro Yearly — 1 year at USD 6.99, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region and currency; the price at purchase is authoritative. The following terms apply to Spicy Pro on iOS:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings after purchase — not from inside the app.
  • If you start the yearly plan's 7-day free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid a charge. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy the subscription during the trial.

Subscriptions are sold and payments processed by Apple under the terms of the Apple Standard EULA and Apple Media Services Terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy, not by us.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the app over time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time.
