Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Spicy Travel account and the personal data tied to it. You do not need to reinstall the app to do this.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open Spicy Travel and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are queued for deletion.

Option 2 — Request it here (no sign-in needed)

Send us a deletion request and we'll process it. Use the email address linked to your account so we can verify it's you.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and sign-in credentials.
  • The content and settings associated with your account.

What we may keep, and for how long

We delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request. We may retain a limited amount of data longer where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax/accounting), or in anonymized, non-identifying form for analytics. Backups are purged on their normal rotation.

After deletion

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you use the app again later, you'll start with a fresh account.
